Are You Healthy? Your pH Knows  

The body is an extraordinary, natural chemical experiment and your body’s pH is the best indicator of your overall health. Just like when your temperature goes higher than 98.6 degrees F / 37 degrees C, you know something is out of balance. When the pH of your body’s fluids are below 6.5 pH, you are acidic and prone to sickness and disease.

A balanced body will test at 7.36 pH. Keep in mind, that disease can only live in an acidic body. When you are acidic, you want to start analyzing what you eat and drink.  In most cases you can remove the toxins that are depleting your body by adding fresh fruits and veggies to help alkaline your body along with drinking alkaline water.

A body becomes acidic when eating too much meat, processed foods, junk food, alcohol, coffee, sodas, sugar, taking drugs, smoking, over-exposure to toxins in general, no exercise and worst of all, stress.

When your body is acidic, you experience side effects of toxic headaches, vertigo and/or a confused mental state.

It is really easy to find out if your body is acidic or balanced. Purchase the pH strips at your pharmacy or online.  Test your saliva or urine a couple days in a row, first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything, to get an average reading. When you want to see how the foods you just ate affect you, wait one hour after eating and test. It helps you realize whether the foods you consume are helping or hurting you.

If your test results show acidic, it’s time to make some changes before your health continues to decline.  Most diseases start with a nutritional deficiency that can be corrected when found early. Fresh organic fruits and veggies, eaten daily have the ability to balance your pH, boost your immune system and strengthen your overall healthiness.

Our bodies are approximatly 70 percent fluids, mostly water that transports nutritents and oxygen to your cells. When you are acidic, your body is not absorbing the nutrients and you are being poisoned by toxins that have built up in your body, making you feel exhausted.

Your health should rank as your number one priority. Knowing your pH, is the first step towards making sure your body is working at ultimate vitality. Feel good and strong with the foods you choose to consume, it really makes an amazing difference.
