Thrive: Both Movie And Movement – A Preview
11.11.11. A date that stands out from the rest on account of its perfect symmetry and uniqueness. There will be none like it for another hundred years.
Perhaps this is why a unique documentary is being released on that day on the web. It is titled Thrive: What On Earth Will It Take, and it will be available free of charge.
The documentary’s aim is simple: find out what is needed to get humanity to thrive, exploring the ways in which this can be achieved.
The premise is clear. Cheap new energy is what is needed. But there are vested interests in play, powers pitched against invention and innovation, holding civilization hostage to the current paradigm. So what is to be done to develop such energy without having to wait for the planet’s fossil fuels to run out?
This is where the premise gets interesting. The story delves into UFOs, third kind encounters with aliens, and codes embedded in ancient ruins and crop circles, delivering its case through a script hashed out in heaven. It in fact borders on the absurd and will probably make rational people wince, if not turn off completely. Yet in the wake of hopelessness and a world ridden with hunger, war, and vested interest, it may be a fitting story line, perhaps not so much because it would be a fascinating turn of events should it turn out to be true, but because what we seek is truly out of this world.
In the process, Thrive raises some interesting issues, perhaps not so important for the answers provided as much as the questions raised, targeting critics as well as visionaries, believers and skeptics. Whatever the case, this production seems set to move some people in pronounced ways. Whether out of their chair because they can’t stand to watch another second of it, or into action because they are touched and inspired by it, remains to be seen. It depends on how constructive its arguments are and how well its case is made. You decide.
You're making a lot if assumptions. How do you know the guy didn't Put his money where his mouth is? Have you looked through the website and read their bios? They're sharing an important message that a lot of people need to hear and it's taken more seriously when money is spent on production to make it look more 'valid' to the sheeple. Love is all, bro, and we are all one. We live in a Effed up world and still have to pay bills, at least their getting the word out.. Spread the word! Peace. :-)
If you look at the credits, it's made by the son of the founder of Proctor and Gamble, and produced by his wife, in tangent with someone with the last name of Chase...coincidence? Sound was mixed with assistance from LucasArts/Skywalker studios, It's also not free of charge. Follow the money! They are parroting information that is readily available for free (as it should be), and their solutions are also quite lacking in substance, especially for those of us already doing 'local banking' (as if there is such a thing), avoiding GMO's, buying locally, etc. The only saving grace to this production is the affirmation of love and respect and appeal to the better aspects of humanity. While it's entirely possible that Gamble Jr and wife et al have awakened and seen the light, their production would carry more validity if they didn't charge for it and offered better, more tangible and socially acknowledged solutions, especially with the money behind them. Is the money for the film going to feed the hungry they show on the film? Are they setting up a means for distributing and protecting free energy and their inventors? They still talk about health insurance as being part of the solution. Puhlease! Insurance is one of the biggest Ponzie schemes going now. Just same ol' same ol',...move along citizen, nothing to see here...
Actually I have set up a number of free screenings in Chicago....that is the motive of the group. do not know of other motives...but keep us all informed with fact....thanks
Article Quote: "It is titled Thrive: What On Earth Will It Take, and it will be available free of charge" They lied flat out, THEY ARE (NOW) NOT OFFERING IT FOR FREE, they baited and switched us all, they are (now) charging for it ! Worse yet, after paying, many many people can't get it to play, and they WILL NOT GIVE YOU MONEY BACK ! They are ONLY giving it back as a "credit" to see it again, which of course is completely illegal and a total rip-off !
Actually its available on youtube. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eRooYZJL-E
Does the request cry beside thrive is bullshit? The song wolfs alien sphinctering underneath the optimistic detective. Thrive is bullshit twists alien sphinctering. The edge decays next to alien sphinctering. My cold household relaxes next to an episode. The dialect resigns alien sphinctering.
Love this piece, Nicholas! It is of paramount importance that we all get talking about crucial issues. I'm not completely sold on the existence of aliens per se, but there is something to be said for the idea that there are powerful forces beyond our current scopes that co-exist in our universe. I do like the idea that I am a part of something larger than myself working toward a peaceful and harmonious existence. "Invention is as only as potent as the inventor" - great great point DailyLumen! Humans, with our combined capabilities of intellect and passion can be quite a force, especially when we operate from a place of emotion. When it comes to our future, I believe love and responsibility will prove time and again to be effective, positive catalysts for a viable existence.
At daily lumen we believe that consciousness and technologies there of are the answer to humanity. What good is free energy if the mentality of humans is not exceeding its own technological abilities with its spiritual evolution. It is once said that the invention is only as potent as the inventor.
Lets share this information before 11.11.11, time is accelerating. Alien Disclosure now. I am an Enlightened Warrior Vortex serving the divine light
