Chocolate Orange Brownies With Chocolate Dressing

Ingredients for Brownie Dressing:
- Dark Chocolate 8 Square
- Golden Syrup 2 Table Spoons
- Drinking Chocolate 4 Table Spoons
- Semi Skimmed Milk 4 Table Spoons
- One Orange
- Brownies (pre-made, however the brownie recipe will be following soon or see our previous beer brownie recipe).

Step One:
The brownies are pre made so it only leaves the presentation and chocolate dressing to do.

Step Two:
Add four tablespoon of drinking chocolate to a hot pan on a low heat. Add two tablespoons of golden syrup to the pan and begin to stir. Add four tablespoons of milk to the pan and slacken to create a paste. When a paste has been created add the eight squares of chocolate and allow them to melt. Then stir them in. Slacken with milk to sauce consistency and present.
