Mountain Views of Wachusett
Mount Wachusett is a unique landmark in the central New England landscape. It rises above the surrounding area to a height of 2,006 feet or 611.43 meters. The 3,000-acre reservation has natural resources including forests, alpine meadows, ponds, streams and fields. Things to do on the mountain include hiking, nature study, hawk watching, picnicking and skiing. This beautiful mountain has so much to offer and is a wonderful place to visit.
