My Urban Times Story
For a lengthy period of time, I had been looking for somewhere to write, both for enjoyment and experience, when I discovered the Urban Times. I had followed their twitter account for quite a while when they tweeted that they were looking for authors, I quite promptly applied, optimistic as ever. I was instantly pleased to see I got a place among many other, fantastic authors, a few days later, and began writing almost instantly. I haven't stopped.
The site has not only helped refine my writing skill, but writing here is so satisfying. Seeing articles shared around the web, read and liked by so many people, is something no other career provides. And I'm only just getting started.
